United Russia wants to help young people get through the primaries. Who won the United Russia primaries for the local elections Who won the primaries

The preliminary results of the United Russia primaries were announced in Yekaterinburg. As representatives of the party said at a press conference, the winners of the primaries were: MPs Ira Ovchinnikova (group number 1), Sergey Melekhin (number 2), Oleg Kagilev (number 3), Alexander Myakonkikh (number 4), Viktor Testov (number 5), Deputy Head of Administration Mikhail Matveev (No. 6), Deputy Vladimir Kritsky (No. 7), Chief Physician of the Yekaterinburg Perinatal Center Sergei Martirosyan (No. 8), MPs Elena Deryagina (No. 9) and Nikolai Smirnyagin (No. 10), First Deputy Director Pavel Pustozerov (No. 11 ), General Director of EMUP SUERZh Viktor Kartashev (No. 12), Deputy Alexander Naidanov (No. 13), Deputy of the Legislative Assembly Igor Volodin (No. 14), lawyer Alexey Vikharev (No. 15), chief physician of the MAI "Children's hospital No. 8" Dmitry Prazdnichkov (No. 16) , head of the Chkalovsk branch of United Russia Elena Bondarenko (No. 17), deputy Anatoly Sharapov (No. 18).

Many of the winners of the primaries are current deputies of the Yekaterinburg City Duma, and it makes no sense to present them. However, some of the applicants for the seats in the city duma are newcomers. the site remembered what potential deputies are known for and in what scandals they were involved.

Mikhail Matveev. Kirov territorial group number 6

The chief physician of the MBU "Yekaterinburg Perinatal Center" Sergei Martirosyan bypassed his rivals Nikolai Batalov, Mikhail Smolyakov and Konstantin Shevchenko. Basically, Martirosyan appears in the media, commenting on the prospects for Yekaterinburg to win the right to host the Expo-2025 exhibition or talking about his establishment. However, in 2016, he commented on the Top Secret portal about a patient who filed a lawsuit against the perinatal center because doctors refused to help her during labor.

According to the publication, the patient went to the center, but the doctor said that she had false contractions and sent her home. Having reached the apartment, the patient gave birth on her own in her own hallway, and then demanded from the institution half a million rubles as compensation for moral damage. Sergei Martirosyan then called the situation "a typical manifestation of consumer terrorism", since the patient, according to him, refused hospitalization herself.

Pavel Pustozerov. October territorial group number 11

Another winner in the Oktyabrsky district - the first deputy director LLC "City Administration of Road Construction Works" Pavel Pustozerov.

Before the primaries, leaflets were distributed in the Oktyabrsky district, in which local residents are offered to vote for candidate Pavel Pustozerov, and in return receive 2,500 rubles. The leaflet allegedly cited a direct speech of Pustozerov himself, who explained that sponsorship is compensation to voters who, due to the primaries, will have to miss the exit to their summer cottage. Later Pustozerov wrote a complaint to the organizing committee of the primaries on the fact of black PR.

Victor Kartashev. October territorial group number 12

In the district No. 12, the leader of the EMUP "Specialized Department for the Operation and Rehabilitation of Housing" Viktor Kartashev. The contender for the deputy chair is a non-public person, and before the primaries his name was practically not mentioned in the media.

Preparing to participate in the primaries, during the New Year holidays, Kartashev held two festive courtyard events in his district, in which Roman Rudometov, head of the Oktyabrsky district administration, and Yevgeny Zyablitsev, deputy of the Legislative Assembly, took part.

Igor Volodin. Ordzhonikidze territorial group number 14

This winner of the primaries is not entirely new - he was already a member of the EGD, but in 2016 he was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region. He is also the head of the Rancho real estate agency. In 2015, he was suspected of wiretapping FSB officers. As the agency Ura.ru reported at the time, the deputy was summoned to the building of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Sverdlovsk region and explained that, according to the investigators, Volodin “listens and controls the FSB officers in other ways”. The deputy himself then denied all accusations.

Igor Volodin became one of those who accused the officials of wanting to "get their people through with the help of the primaries." Together with deputy Anatoly Sharapov, member of the public chamber Valery Cherkashin and head of the executive committee of the Chkalov branch of United Russia, Elena Bondarenko, he accused Vice Governor Vladimir Tungusov of creating a list of coordinated participants in the primaries - the so-called Tungusov list.

Alexey Vikharev. Ordzhonikidze territorial group number 15

Lawyer Alexey Vikharev is the elder brother of the deputy of the Yekaterinburg City Duma Grigory Vikharev, who represents the Liberal Democratic Party. The entire Vikharev dynasty is engaged in the communal business - they own several large management companies, concentrating in their hands most of the housing and communal services market in Yekaterinburg. Recently, Alexei's brother Grigory made a careless statement on Facebook. Discussing the shutdown of hot water due to pressure tests, he stated:.

Dmitry Prazdnichkov. Chkalovsk territorial group number 16

The second winner in the Chkalovsky region was the head of the regional branch of United Russia, Elena Bondarenko. She, together with Igor Volodin, participated in a press conference at which some of the United Russia party declared the unfairness of the conducted primaries and opposed the "Tungusov list".

Let us remind you that 186 deputies took part in the primaries of United Russia, of which 18 people who won in their constituencies will be admitted to the elections. It is assumed that they will participate in the elections to the City Duma as single-mandate candidates. Also, those who took second, third or fourth places in their groups will participate in the elections. They will top the list in the territorial group. Representatives of the "United Russia" named those who took 2-4 places in their group, but it is not yet clear which of them will participate in the elections.

Participants in the primaries who took 2nd, 3rd or 4th place in their groups:

  • group number 1: Alexey Borodin, Valery Cherkashin, Sergey Voronin
  • group number 2: Konstantin Savinov, Oleg Zabrodin, Alexander Goldenberg
  • group number 3: Anastasia Nemets, Andrey Sherstobitov, Galina Rassokhina
  • group number 4: Sergey Kolesnikov, Lyudmila Golubova, Tatiana Surmyatova
  • group number 5: Innokenty Sheremet, Timofey Zhukov, Natalia Rezchikova
  • group number 6: Alexander Khudyakov, Elena Kryukova, Mikhail Safronov
  • group number 7: Alexey Meshcheryakov, Natalya Petrova, Oleg Gushchin
  • group number 8: Nikolay Batalov, Mikhail Smolyakov, Konstantin Shevchenko
  • group number 9: Vitaly Krupin, Igor Usov, Alexey Meshavkin
  • group number 10: Sergey Boyarsky, Natalya Matveeva, Igor Pekhotin
  • group number 11: Mikhail Pleshakov, Nikita Girfanov, Alexander Kurelyuk
  • group number 12: Stanislav Lukin, Tatiana Trekina, Igor Kapustnik
  • group number 13: Elena Rogova, Dmitry Estekhin, Nikolay Maksimov
  • group number 14: Vladimir Smirnov, Vladimir Strugov, Leonid Polyakov
  • group number 15: Galina Arbuzova, Nikolay Antonov, Nadezhda Vorobyova
  • group number 16: Dmitry Sergin, Anton Poddubny, Andrey Stankevich
  • group number 17: Svetlana Palkina, Valery Bogdanov, Yuri Dozorets
  • group number 18: Larisa Alekseeva, Evgeny Shipitsyn, Viktor Somikov.

In order to win the preliminary intra-party voting of United Russia, it is not at all necessary to win.

"How I Won the War" was the title of a feature film made in 1967 by the English director Dick Lester, starring John Lennon. The film turned out so-so, had nothing to do with the historical truth, criticism blew him to smithereens, and the snobs from the London theatrical get-together and completely passed over in contemptuous silence. Nevertheless, Dick Lester won his war: the picture collected a decent box office, securing him a promising contract with United Artists. Just like in that childhood joke about the monkey, which may have looked like a fool, but had her ten bucks a day strictly.

Well, okay: today I'm not about Leicester, not about Lennon, or even about the monkey. Today I am talking about the preliminary intra-party voting of United Russia, which is about to start in the Kirov region, and according to the results of which, according to the assurances of the functionaries, the names of candidates from the ruling party to the State Duma, OZS and other lower-ranked Duma will be determined. Some people call the upcoming event the word "primaries", but I will try to avoid it, because I have not been instructed on how to use it correctly: whether in the plural (like a primary) or singular (like a preliminary vote), and, accordingly, I will not be able to correctly write how it will end or how it will end. And since you are reading this note exactly to find out, it turns out that I cheated you meanly.

Even less than the word "primaries", I know about myself O th procedure and methodology for determining its winners. That is, in general, of course, everything is clear to everyone - while in particular the devil himself will break his leg. It is almost impossible to find documents without the stamp “for official use” in this regard in open sources. It is only known that the vote will be rated and that Moscow ordered it to be held as honestly as possible, identifying only Rakhim Azimov (whom it was recommended to provide all kinds of support) and Oleg Valenchuk (who was recommended at least “not to drown”) from its preferences in the Kirov region. At the same time, the results of the primary elections in the regions will be allowed to be announced only after special comrades from the capital carefully check all the protocols and study all complaints about possible stuffing, bribery, carousels and similar manifestations of administrative resources - with the right to cancel the results if, for example, the advantage of any of the candidates at certain polling stations will seem artificially overstated to them.

And now about the main thing - that is, who will win these elections. Or, if it will be clearer this way: how the one who does not win this election will win.

For example, let us take the average candidate for the mandate of the State Duma: the same, say, Alexei Kotlyachkov or, there, Vladimir Bykov, without a difference - if only he is a good person and suits the right people. And let us ask ourselves a question: what should our hypothetical Vladimir Vasilyevich do so that Moscow, when it calls out (for example, on Thursday) the names of the winners, would name exactly his last name - regardless of how many citizens actually voted for him? Right. He should slightly violate party discipline and - in spite of the ban - already on Sunday (the edge - on Monday), as if inadvertently leaked to the press information that he - that is, our hypothetical Vladimir Bykov - won these elections. And that's all. Because Moscow still will not dare to call the leader of the regional branch of United Russia a liar (around the party, there are already scandals above the roof) - and, therefore, the capital's comrades will have nothing to do but to really declare our hypothetical Vladimir Vasilyevich an all-party approved candidate ... Moreover, the checkboxes next to the required surname in the final bulletin with the rating voting system can be set as many as you like. On the party line, of course, they will chide him later, but most likely they will chide him formally - and for what? Well, I could not restrain myself, became overwhelmed, blurted out too much, with whom does it not happen? And there, you see, the right person will put in a word or two for him. In general, follow the news feed: everything else - and, I think, very soon - you will learn from it.

What about whether it is fair or not fair ... So the crocodile said to that monkey that it was not fair. But she still shook her ten bucks off him.

The preliminary vote of the Democrats to identify a candidate for the mayoral elections in the capital showed a very interesting result. The leader of the Moscow Yabloko Sergei Mitrokhin took first place in the list, but was unable to gain more than 50% of the votes. His result is 24.16%.

The most interesting is on our channel in Yandex.Zen

The head of the municipal district of Tverskoy Yakov Yakubovich is literally breathing in the back of the popular city politician - 22.69%.

The press secretary of the Yabloko party, Igor Yakovlev, told Storm that the main goal of the event, organized by the oldest Democratic Party, is the arrival of new people in politics. Yabloko believes that they managed to do it. Indeed, thanks to the primaries, the general public had the opportunity to learn about the municipal deputies Elena Rusakova (4th place) and Andrei Morev (3rd place).

“A lot of outstanding politicians showed their best side, and one of them - the head of the Tverskoy municipal district Yakov Yakubovich - entered the second round,” Yakovlev told Storm.

On May 31, the Yabloko office will host a debate between Yakubovich and Mitrokhin, after which voting will take place from June 1 to June 3 - from 10:00 to 21:00 every day. According to the results of voting in the second round, there will already be a single "Yabloko" candidate for the post of mayor of Moscow. The party's federal bureau recommends that the Moscow branch of Yabloko nominate the winner of the primaries, which it intends to do.

Sergei Mitrokhin was forced to participate in the Yabloko primaries

The party is preparing to begin the selection procedure for a candidate for the election of the mayor of Moscow next week 16 May 2018

In a commentary to Storm, Sergei Mitrokhin said that he has many questions both to the debate and to the primaries procedure. However, since he has a second round ahead, he did not voice them.

“A protest vote was mobilized against me. A fierce struggle was waged. I won the first round so far, and I am very pleased with it, - Mitrokhin noted with optimism. . - I want to thank everyone who supported me - both party members, and supporters, and civil activists, and participants in our protest actions. In fact, the people supported me ”.

The leader of the Moscow Yabloko players considers Yakov Yakubovich to be a worthy rival. Sergei Mitrokhin also noted that Yakubovich won a definite victory among those who were put forward in opposition to the head of the Moscow branch of the party.

"Yakubovich won in the competition of my opponents"- Mitrokhin remarked with a laugh.

The results of the final vote are completely unpredictable, the two candidates are on a par, and this is the main intrigue of Yabloko's inner-party primaries. It is highly likely that the victory will be won by the head of the Tverskoy municipal district Yakov Yakubovich, who was not known to a wide circle of both Muscovites and Yabloko people.

"Storm" was unable to contact the promising politician, but we did a little digging in his biography.

37-year-old Yakov Yakubovich came to politics from a specific industry. A graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI) with a degree in Applied Mathematics, he received the qualification of an engineer-mathematician. He graduated from the postgraduate course at the same university with a degree in system analysis.

In the period from 2003 to 2007, he worked in the field of nuclear engineering, insurance, consulting.

From 2007 to 2017, he organized the work of internal control, internal audit and risk management departments in the management offices and subsidiaries of electric power and communications enterprises (IES CJSC (T Plus PJSC), MGTS PJSC, Rosseti PJSC , PJSC "FGC UES", FGUP "Russian Post").

Since 2014, he has been engaged in public activities - he participated in the work of precinct election commissions in Moscow, in public discussion of the law "On Renovation", advised residents of apartment buildings and helped them fight for their rights.

In 2017, with the support of Yabloko and the United Democrats coalition, Dmitry Gudkov and Maxim Katz, he was nominated for municipal elections in Moscow in the Tver district, where he won and became the head of the district.

Before the protest of supporters of Alexei Navalny on October 7, 2017, Yakov Yakubovich called on the authorities to comply with the Russian Constitution and not to detain the protesters. The corresponding demand was posted on the official website of the municipality and caused a wide response in society.

The possible victory of Yakubovich in the primaries and his nomination for the mayoral elections in Moscow will be a precedent for the party. Without a year a week in Yabloko, he will need to represent the interests of hundreds of thousands of supporters of Yavlinsky's structure in the election of the mayor of Moscow.

“As for Yakov Yakubovich, he is a bright, charismatic politician who showed himself at the debates. He is extremely competent and has extensive management experience. He also heads one of the central districts of Moscow, where the mayor's office is located. He is familiar with urban problems, "says Yabloko press secretary Igor Yakovlev.

Power transit. Sergei Mitrokhin was elected chairman of Yabloko Moscow for six months

Renewal of the capital branch of the party is accompanied by a conflict between fathers and children 12 May 2018

Predicting the outcome of the second round of voting in the primaries is quite difficult due to the complex counting system. In the first round, it was proposed to choose three candidates from the ballot, assigning each first, second or third place. Accordingly, the candidates were awarded points based on the results.

Putin arrived ... Putin left. The reins, which fell under the tail of the Nizhny Novgorod public, has an inquisitorial origin: slaves are publicly whipped in the main square, and a high-ranking person is driving past in a "six hundred" carriage with "pink" glass. Slaves build the most tortured face and try to stick it out over the backs of the executioners. Only the satraps did not waste their time and grew a broad, muscular back. To her, they manage to block the entire unsightly landscape, artistically waltzing in front of the narrow windows of the royal carriage. Well, the novices are waiting for the next time and plunge into their usual routine, where they are entrusted with electing their delegates to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. They do not understand that with the elected delegate, the photographs of their emaciated faces can be delivered directly to a high-ranking official, so the primaries are ignored.

Here's who else registered there:

Alexander Vidyaev

This is for you, so to speak, to warm up, because nothing rotten was noticed behind Alexander Nikolaevich. A teacher of history and social studies at the Bolsheboldinsky Agricultural College in the village of Permeevo is sitting there, reposting news from the youth parliament of Nizhny Novgorod, and even dreaming of how he will manage our vast homeland. There are only two contradictions that put an end to the political future of Mr. Vidyaev in advance, because he:

  1. Atheist
  2. Liberal

How he has not yet been squeezed out of United Russia is absolutely incomprehensible. Apparently patented Liberal Sensor ™ and "Atheist Radar" ™ do not cover the Bolsheboldinsky area ... or just junk ... or the historian previously covered them up with chewing gum. Who knows?

Valery Tarasevich

Director of the Kstovo Palace of Culture of Neftekhimikov. This craving for the narcissistic names of cultural institutions will not get rid of the Russian people in any way. It feels like if you are not a petrochemist, then your feet will not be in the recreation center. Imagine if in America the conditional Carnegie Hall or Staples Center were called Carnegie Hall of Builders or Broadway of workers by it. Lenin. But we were distracted, because Valery Tarasevich came to Kstovo from his native Samara to raise DKN from his knees: put a dozen similar New Year trees there, bring twenty Muratov Tkhagalegovs (“I’ll give a kalym for you”), open several schools of dance, singing, yoga and boxing, and sit on the windowsill to wait for the order. During the reign of Tarasevich, DKN just fell under the distribution of budget money, which allowed residents to love Valery Kharlampievich more than themselves. In fact, only one question arises - why should he go to the State Duma ?! We see that Tarasevich was watching TV and found Medinsky there, after which, with a fog in his eyes, he automatically applied for the primaries. Nizhny Novgorod cultural figures suppressed this uncontrollable natural outburst in themselves, therefore, only Vadim Bulavinov remained from art in the preliminary voting (his appearance in all the last elections is a drama of the highest order). Well, we definitely wish good luck to anyone who is related to culture.

Denis Moskvin

Today in our fickle heading "Snow on your head" appears ex-deputy, ex-federal ex-inspector and ex-head of media holdings Denis Pavlovich Moskvin. When Denis Pavlovich was throwing off the City Duma mandate, the experts unanimously agreed: "He is going to the State Duma, you rogue!" In his place was put in advance prepared for such a decision Oleg Yaushev, and Moskvin was capricious and did not want to comment on anything to the hungry press:

All information about the message is actually in the message itself. As for the rumors about the State Duma, it is true, there are many other issues worth focusing on. I'm not going to comment on this. (with)

Today, all “other issues” have either been resolved, or dried up and disappeared, so the agenda has been formed by iron - Denis Moskvin is our future deputy in the State Duma. Between these events, Denis Pavlovich stubbornly approached our plenipotentiary Babich to help him win all elections, to get support, and to invite him to coffee and cake on weekends. The henchmen of the embassy in the city Duma elections were not remembered in any way, but they did not lose their positions, which means that Moskvin will soon suddenly win. And on March 9, Mikhail Babich relieves Moskvin from the post of federal inspector, and Denis Pavlovich is already in the primaries, and in the column "profession" is indicated "vice-rector". And it is indicated so that through all federal channels one could say that a simple Nizhny Novgorod teacher broke into the State Duma of the Russian Federation, thanks to his intelligence and hefty ingenuity. What to take from him? Winners are not judged.

Alexander Vasilenko

Together with Vadim Bulavinov, Alexander Borisovich Vasilenko, who is still the current State Duma deputy, will be “extended”. Alexander Borisovich is thinking about his future, so he is already rolling around the region with prepared unexpected visits: he cuts ribbons, congratulates women, listens to boy acapellas, monitors milk production and welcomes our strategic partners from Zimbabwe. All this is accompanied by delicious illustrative material, which is sent directly to facebook, because Vasilenko is a modern deputy! We absolutely cannot afford any other text addressed to Alexander Borisovich, because the photographs jump out and jump out!

Jokes as a joke, and Alexander Borisovich knows how to reach out to the electorate. He is active, poking around, deciding something, while other officials of the State Duma are not at all up to the idle needs of the common people.

Alexey Sitdikov

The deputy general director for development at TNS-Energo, as well as the songwriter Alexei Khusyanovich Sitdikov, also wants to get out under the light of the chandeliers of the State Duma. Alexey Khusyanovich is a fairly well-known person in Nizhny Novgorod, he tried to go from Mikhail Prokhorov's "Right Cause" party to the last elections to the City Duma, but, as we all know, in Mikhail Dmitrievich's windy political head, the idea of creating a new party arises almost every year, from - why all the new supporters and promoters suffer stable failures. Today he is a bright adherent of "United Russia", but we love him as a bard ... Here is his performance at the concert of the laureates of the past years of the festival ... cough, cough ... "Kingfisher". The ex-General Director of LLC NCC and a candidate for the State Duma asks to add a "reverb" to him, then he speaks for 4 minutes, clutching the bend of the yellow guitar in his hands, and at 4:10 he finally begins to sing:

We wrote above that we support people from art in every possible way, so Mr. Sitdikov will not be an exception. We already imagine how our deputies in a friendly formation roam on a campaign, poke around with tents, make a fire, Aleksey Khusyanovich takes out a guitar, takes a control laminor and ...

Two deputies were also defeated, one way or another involved in scandals during the primaries. Elena Nikolaeva lost in the Leningrad region. On the eve of the primaries, RBC sources in the leadership of United Russia that Nikolaeva could voluntarily refuse to participate in the preliminary vote, but she did not. Also, the representative of the Khabarovsk Territory, Boris Reznik, did not get enough votes. He called the preliminary vote "profanity" and said that he did not believe the announced results.

According to preliminary data, he did not win in his region Deputy from Chechnya Shamsail Saralievnot. However, as the party interlocutor clarified later, he takes the second, that is, a passing place sufficient to get into the Duma list, so he will have the opportunity to again represent the republic in the federal parliament.

Among those who lost, despite being in the leadership of the ruling party, Valery Trapeznikov (ran in the Perm Territory). He is a member of the Presidium of the General Council of United Russia and a member of the central headquarters of the ONF. Trapeznikov is a former turner, and before the 2011 Duma elections, he was positioned as a man "from the machine." Failed to win and a member of the Presidium of the General Council Robert Schlegel (participated in the primaries in the Astrakhan region).

The most high-status of the losers is the chairman of the Duma committee on international affairs, Alexei Pushkov, who was nominated for the primaries in the Perm region.

In the case of each loss of a deputy, different factors acted, but in most cases the participants simply underestimated the seriousness primaries and the need to conduct a real campaign, says Dmitry, head of the ISEPS fund close to the Kremlin Badovsky ... With the return of single-member constituency elections, voters have a request for candidates who will truly represent their constituency, and many current parliamentarians have not fit into that request, he added.

IN The elections were nevertheless accompanied by reports of violations, political analyst Valery Khomyakov notes. Somewhere they too wanted to demonstrate a high turnout, somewhere some regional influence groups wanted to overcome others at any cost, he notes.

Upgrade 60%

In total, according to the results of the primaries, there will not be more than 100 out of 238 current United Russia deputies in the next Duma. In addition to the fifty people who lose the intraparty voting procedure, some deputies did not take part in it and, most likely, will now not be included in the electoral lists. There are 55 of them - 45 parliamentarians did not submit documents, and another ten dropped out before voting day, recalls Neverov. Among them were one of the richest deputies Mikhail Slipenchuk, ex-governor of the Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich and former journalist Alexander Khinshtein. All of them withdrew their candidacies after criticism from the party leadership for scandals and suspicions of violations.

All in all, the United Russia faction in the next Duma may be renewed by about 60%, Badovsky predicts. “It is quite obvious that not everyone who won the primaries will find it so easy to get into the Duma. Difficulties are just beginning, especially for those who will be elected in single-member constituencies. A preliminary analysis shows that out of the winners of the primaries, another 20-25 current deputies may not win in the elections to the State Duma. If we add them up and those who did not come forward or lost the primaries, the update will be very significant, ”he sums up.

The faction will be significantly updated, confirms Neverov. “This will happen in a natural way, since people decide who to elect to the State Duma at a preliminary vote. This idea belongs to the president and is now being implemented by the Kremlin's internal political bloc headed by Vyacheslav Volodin, ”he says.

But the defeated deputies remain party activists, they will be offered assistance in further employment, for this, a special commission has been created under the chairmanship of the leader of the faction, Vladimir Vasilyev, Neverov told RBC.

Who has won

Most of the Duma bosses successfully competed in the primaries - Neverov, Vasiliev, State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin, and his first deputy Alexander Zhukov won in their territories. The heads of the Duma committees, in addition to Pushkov, and the vice-speakers also spoke successfully.

Judging by the list of winners presented by RBC's interlocutors in the party, many new media persons may appear in the Duma. These are the deputy general director of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Evgeny Revenko (nominated in the Voronezh region), the host of Channel One Pyotr Tolstoy, the general director of the St. Petersburg City TV and Radio Broadcasting Agency Sergei Boyarsky (son of actor Mikhail Boyarsky) and the actress of the Ural dumplings Yulia Mikhalkova. Former journalist of Vedomosti, deputy head of the ONF executive committee Natalya Kostenko made a successful speech in the Krasnodar Territory.

Many social activists performed well and can be included in the electoral list, says Badovsky. He refers to them already well-known ONF activists Nikolai Nikolaev and Anton Getta, journalist Elena Yampolskaya, Hero of Labor Vladimir Melnik, leader of the Immortal Regiment - Moscow movement Nikolai Zemtsov, director of the Udmurt Institute of History, Language and Literature Alexey Zagrebin, Volgograd doctor and deputy Tatyana Tsybizov, the Arctic researcher from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Vladimir Pushkarev and the head physician of the Republican Hospital of Karelia Elissan Shandalovich.

An interlocutor close to the party leadership singles out the victory of the Moscow doctor Dmitry Morozov, the ONF activist Lyubov Dukhanina and the head of the Penza ONF executive committee, Anna Kuznetsova's mother of many children.

Many regional and municipal officials, as well as representatives of legislative assemblies, also won the primaries. Among them, the interlocutor of RBC singles out the mayor of Murmansk Alexei Weller, the head of Saratov Oleg Grishchenko, the vice-governor of the Belgorod region Sergei Bozhenov, the speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Kaluga region Nikolai Lyubimov and the speaker of the Astrakhan regional Duma Alexander Klykanov.
