  • We take three bowls. In one, shake the remaining egg with salt, pour the flour into the other and crackers into the third.

  • We sculpt meatballs from the resulting minced meat, first sprinkle them with flour, then dip them into the egg mixture and then bread them in breadcrumbs, put them on a greased baking sheet.

  • From tomato paste, fermented milk product, salt and granulated sugar, we make a sauce, with which we grease the meatballs and sprinkle with cheese chips on top.
