The "godfather" of the funeral business keeps the whole of Moscow in his fist

Andrey Petrov

Recently, Moscow morgues more and more resemble the private property of the head of the Moscow forensic medical examination bureau Yevgeny Kildyushov. Doubtful persons are constantly rubbing around them, the registration of corpses is carried out on a paid basis, and personnel issues are resolved as if the staff of the mortuary were serfs of Mr. Kildyushov. How did this situation come about?

Evgeny Mikhailovich Kildyushov came to Moscow from the provinces and entered the Second Medical Institute. After graduating from this university, he was able to successfully arrange his own career by marrying a girl from a family of old Moscow doctors, one might say - the medical elite. But, having quickly climbed the career ladder and received the title of Doctor of Science, Yevgeny Mikhailovich, already respected and well-known in medical circles, leaves his family and unexpectedly marries again. His new chosen one was a young employee of the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Second Honey, where he was by that time working as a leader. The young wife predictably quickly becomes an assistant professor in the same department.

But the real heyday in Kildyushov's career comes in 2012, when he takes over as head of the Moscow Bureau of Forensic Medicine. Here Evgeny Mikhailovich clearly shows how you can quickly and easily walk over the heads of others, disregarding the laws of conscience and finding loopholes for enrichment.

The Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination is engaged in hard and important work - it examines the bodies of the dead, identifies the causes of death of victims in murders, accidents and sudden deaths. The results of this work are necessary for the investigating authorities, the police, as well as grief-stricken relatives, therefore, the research must be carried out with high quality and at an appropriate professional level. All court morgues in Moscow are in charge of the Bureau. This is the institution that Evgeny Mikhailovich manages.

Historically, each of the 11 districts of Moscow had its own branch of the bureau - the morgue, to which the bodies of the dead were delivered from all over the district. Since the Bureau of Forensic Science accepts about 25,000 dead bodies annually, each county morgue has a city dedicated funeral service. But in 2010, on the territory of the Southern Administrative District, in the industrial zone at Tarny proezd, 3, a huge morgue "Tsaritsyno" was built. Gradually, the bodies of the victims began to be redistributed to it, not only in the south of the capital, but also in its other districts.

Since 2014, the funeral service in the Tsaritsyno department has been liquidated, and it has been replaced by dubious individuals who spend all their time at the reception desk and proudly call themselves the Help-ritual LLC company. They literally attack the relatives of the victims and force them to fill out the funeral documents through their organization. In addition to the sale of ritual accessories and decoration of the funeral, "Help-ritual" also provides services for the embalming of the bodies of the deceased, their sanitary and cosmetic treatment, although the main contingent of employees of this "office" are people who are not related to the provision of funeral services - former carriers of the dead and mortuary orderlies. But the workers of the Bureau of Forensic Medicine strongly recommend that the relatives of the victims should contact them, and not the real professionals of the ritual market.

It would seem, where does Kildyushov? Everything is very simple - the bodies of the dead do not leave the territory of the Tsaritsyno morgue until they are extradited to relatives. Perhaps the employees of the funeral firm embalm them on the territory of the morgue legally? But where, in this case, is the corresponding lease agreement, where are the payments for the use of public premises? Neither payments, nor a contract in nature simply exist, and embalming and other services for the preparation of the deceased are performed by the regular orderlies of the Bureau, doing this during their working hours and for state salaries. The agents of the “Help ritual" can only fill their pockets with money received for the work of orderlies.

But the respected Evgeni Mikhailovich is not enough - he decided to use his official position to provide the “Help ritual" with work at the expense of other parts of Moscow. Now, the bodies of the dead from Arbat, Taganka, Cheryomushki, East Izmailovo and Ramenok are being taken to Tsaritsyno. How much does the economic component prevail over common sense and compassion for relatives if the head of the forensic examination bureau ignores the additional costs of transporting bodies to a distant morgue and the suffering of people forced to travel through the city to take their loved ones on their last trip.

Moreover, recently, Mr. Kildyushov has begun to think about closing those Moscow morgues where he is unable to attach the employees of Help Ritual LLC. It is not otherwise possible to explain his unexpected appearance in these morgues. Out of hours, with a camera in his hands, he is looking for evidence that these morgues, which had met all the necessary requirements a month ago, suddenly stopped meeting them.

Meanwhile, thanks to the “commercial” activities of Kildyushov and the increased load on the Tsaritsyno morgue, the quality of research and expert work there begins to suffer. With the advent of Yevgeny Mikhailovich, staff turnover has sharply increased, strong professionals survive from work by harsh methods - reduction salary, rotation and the creation of impossible conditions for normal operation. As a result, only in 2013 did the deputy have to quit. in economics Arbuzov R.Yu., head of the personnel department Pashovkina NN, head of the supply department Shafikov F.E, chief engineer Galoyan V.V, chief accountant Simonova V.N., head of the sales department Fadeev A.S., head of the supply department Chasova O.V., head of the organizational and methodological department A. Kochayan, chief nurse Pomanskaya E., V., head of the legal department A. Nekrasov, head of the planning and economic department N. Vozhzhova, head of the sales department M. Ponomareva IN. and many other doctors and laboratory assistants.

Why did you need to get rid of employees who know their job well and are loyal to it? The answer is simple - all those who could prevent the Bureau from turning into a personal feeding trough of a resourceful official turned out to be overboard.

However, the closure of a number of morgues and personnel losses may have a prolonged negative effect associated with the training of medical students in clinical departments. Future doctors have lost the opportunity to study their profession in full and improve practical skills in training. What future awaits our healthcare with this approach?

But leave aside the issues related to the capture mechanism government agency market of funeral services in the city of Moscow, and briefly dwell on another banal fact - theft from the state treasury. Their scheme is primitive - an increase in the initial prices of auctions, a guaranteed victory of "their" firms in competitions, activation of outstanding works, as completed in full.

Examples are auctions for the supply of anti-plague costumes, in which the initial price was not inflated at least twice, and budget losses amounted to hundreds of thousands of rubles. Ensuring victories in tenders of the companies LLC Alarm-911, LLC Sphere related to Kildyushov’s deputy for economic work, O. A. Doronina The signing of acts on the creation of a unified computer network between divisions of the bureau, although such a network has not yet been created. And this is not all cases.

But one-time enrichment from the state treasury does not suit Kildyushov, who decides, using his position and position, to become an unofficial businessman. The head of the bureau draws his eyes to the sphere of funeral services, since he already has considerable experience in this field, and Help-Ritual LLC, under his auspices, is developing rapidly.

What awaits us ahead? Concentration of 25,000 dead bodies in the Tsaritsyno morgue? Transport collapse in the industrial zone in Tarny proezd, where is it located? Mockery of heartbroken people standing in huge lines behind the bodies of their loved ones? Endless trips of police officers to obtain the necessary documents instead of working to protect citizens? What kind of quality of expertise can one talk about if the experts have to work in two shifts?

It is clear that Help Ritual LLC is just a tool for making money, a gasket that allows Kildyushov to solve his personal financial issues, and, using his official position, use his employees for this. But how to find out - does the whole system rot, or only specific people in it? Evgeny Mikhailovich, will you answer or those who are behind you?

P.S. While the material was being collected for this article, according to the sole decision of Mr. Kildyushov, the next branch was closed - mortuary No. 2, the work of which will now be carried out by the Tsaritsyno branch. Which department is next?

Corsicans or Sicilians are considered recognized experts of bloody revenge - but the observer of RP, Alexander Rokhlin, finds incontrovertible, medically confirmed evidence that bloodthirsty is not completely alien to our compatriots.

What was it?

Tragifars or a diabolical joke? The boundaries of meaning are blurred, like the facial features of a drowned man. Acting as a dubious pleasure. And I, obviously, watched the theater. This is written on the building. And in stone letters. The founders were sure that nothing else would ever appear here. So, I saw the play. The action took place, admittedly, deadly. But very convincing. Yes Yes! Exceptional authenticity in conjunction with incredible lifelessness. How to explain? Very simple.

The actors were ... dead. All as one. It was impossible to recognize the identities of some, since only fragments of their logs took part in the drama. Here you will not relax: you are the only living participant in what is happening. In the role of a spectator of what is happening ... You quickly understand how easily what was happening could become your sad outgoing. Not a single actor in this theater died his death, but only by force. Actually, the whole idea is based on the fact of the death of the performer. Details and nuances. Death at the hands of a neighbor, as a result of accidents, revenge, malice, imposition of hands, blows of blunt objects, prickly-cutting objects, toxic substances and other ways of excluding the living from the book.

So it was not a morgue. But an anatomical theater. Department of Forensic Medicine Research University. N.I. Pirogov.

A magnificent building, where arches, arches, doors to the auditorium, dark corridors, flickering lamps on the walls, stairwells with marble steps and wrought iron railings are all solemn, heavy and saturated with bitter experience. Temple of Science. The only temple where the theater is appropriate. The only theater that serves science, not entertainment. A person is obliged to feel at ease here. Here the causes of his death, the conclusions of posthumous examinations are higher and more important than all his aspirations, passions, mistakes and victories in life.

“... After which the condemned to death was subjected to flagellation. For this purpose, they removed his clothes and tied his hands to a pole in the court. Then he was flogged with a short whip called flagrum (or flagellum). The scourge consisted of a handle, to which leather straps of different lengths were attached, pieces of lead were woven into the ends, and jagged fragments of bones were lengthwise ...

Flagship blows were inflicted by one or two executors of sentences (lictors) on the back, buttocks and hips of the convicted person. They only avoided striking the projection of the heart, because this could lead to premature death. The consequences of such flagellation were truly terrifying. At the places where the flagrum belts hit, the skin was torn, and the underlying soft tissues were crushed. It is no coincidence that the lash for punishments was sometimes also called flagrum taxillatum - a venomous lash, “a scourge that is terrifying.

At the same time, flagellation, causing extensive damage to the soft tissues of the back, could not lead to significant blood loss, since it did not damage any large blood vessels. The bleeding from the damaged blood vessels of the skin and subcutaneous fat was relatively small and stopped soon enough ... "

The building of the Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination of the Moscow Department of Health is regularly visited by citizens. At the entrance, they are met by guards who are willing to answer questions of an inquiry nature. And it is here, in front of a metal turntable at the entrance-exit, that citizens visitors find themselves in an awkward position. Very characteristic ...

They ask the guards: "How to get an examination?" And the guards patiently ask again: "And what kind of expertise do you need - corpses or living ones?" A simple question, but all visitors are embarrassed, make surprised eyes, not knowing what to answer, and giggle stupidly. Man is never ready. Neither to court nor to death. But it is precisely in these two areas that forensic medicine reigns supreme. Deriving the word “judicial” not from the court, but from fate.

There is also a museum. My tongue will no longer turn to call this collection of horror and darkness the house of muses. In the latter, you can at least laugh at mothballs. Exhibits living in the world of forensic science cause only convulsions. And convulsive grimaces. There is one question. How was the damage done? Dying? Than? And for what period of time? And here are the answers: knives, knives, sharpeners, blades, rods, wrenches, screwdrivers, files, chisels. And the handles are carved, typesetting, mother-of-pearl ...

No ... It's not about that. Here, in the closet, an old woman lives! Cramps begin. Mom darling! Think about it ... An old woman lives in a closet - a figure of speech. Because the "old woman" is a corpse, one hundred percent, not in doubt, but in such a degree of preservation that if you do not know ... How alive! She lives, in the sense she abides, causing a strong emotional reaction when meeting. Not for the faint of heart and impressionable. Skin, hair, bones, internal organs - everything is natural, its own. In the eyes of the hole, in the teeth he grin, but on the finger is a golden ring. Grimace of death; grimacing life. This death has been living in the museum cabinet since 1963. And before that, she had “lived” for twenty years on the mezzanine in a Moscow apartment, in the Meshchansky settlement. A forensic medical examination in a concise statement narrates that citizen N. lived in her own kind and lived until she died in 1942. And her own sister, who shared a common living space with her, decided to temporarily conceal the fact of death in order to use grocery cards for two. And withheld ... It is amazing that the deceased in the most incredible way escaped decay. Science is not able to explain and only states. An old woman from Meshchanskaya simply dried up like an autumn leaf. Strictly speaking, she was mummified. Without outside help. Remember Lenin! How much effort and money he requires from posterity, but here everything is for nothing ...

After some time, the greedy sister removed the corpse on the mezzanine and ... forgot about it. This turned out to be simple: with a growth of 150 cm, the weight of the mummy sister is only 4 kg 100 grams. Thus, this "living" corpse continues to exist. And work on the history of forensic science. As a monument to the wonders of human cruelty and stupidity.

“In order for the crucified person to remain alive on the cross for as long as possible and thus prolong the agony of the victim, the Romans used various devices that provided some support for the body of the victim (this may explain the phrase“ sit on the cross ”used by the Romans). For this purpose, sometimes used a small ledge, or seat (sedile), which was placed on the static head in such a way that this seat passed between the legs of the convict. To increase the victim's suffering, the seat was sometimes made pointed. Instead of the seat, emphasis was sometimes made for the legs in the form of a pedicle or suppedaneum nailed at the bottom of the staticulum, which was less painful than being on the pointed seat, but also prolonged the prisoner's suffering. In both of these cases, the crucified man, rather, did not hang on the cross, but sat or stood, nailed to him ...

After a series of experiments with amputated arms, as well as with corpses, P. Barbet discovered facts that were unexpected at that time. It turned out that when nailing to the cross at the level of the middle of the palms, the hands broke off the nails at a load of about 39 kg (88 pounds). The experimental data confirmed mathematical calculations, which showed that when the cross is on the cross, during which the hands of the crucified depart from the torso to the patibulum at an angle close to 68 °, the body of the convicted person will necessarily fall off the cross.

Searching for an anatomical place that could, on the one hand, fully correspond to the Gospel text and historical chronicles, and on the other, reliably hold the weight of the crucified on nails, P. Barbet came to the conclusion that Desto’s space on the wrist is most suitable for this (Destot).

If the nail was hammered into the space of Desto located between the trihedral, capitate and hook-shaped bones of the wrist, the hands of the crucified were held securely on the cross regardless of its body weight. An important circumstance was the fact that when the nails pass through the Desto space, the bleeding from the punctured wrists is relatively insignificant, since this does not cause damage to large main blood vessels. ”

Evgeni Mikhailovich Kildyushov knows more about revenge than other people. Did he take revenge? Revenge him? Let's leave it behind the scenes ... He heads the Bureau of Forensic Medicine and the department of the same medicine at Pirogov University. He is a doctor, expert and boss. A very balanced person. An exceptionally informed person. From him I will hear:

“Revenge is war. And war is death. Forensics knows more about her than others ... "

A copy of the portrait of the Russian doctor Minakov is hanging in his office. One of the founding fathers of the department. Take a close look. The doctor - very similar to Chekhov - is sitting in deep thoughtfulness ... Of course! In his hands is a human skull. Why did he die? But was there violence? How to prove?

« Court medical expert knows everything. But it's too late. ”

Comment by Dr. Kildyushov.

Late for the deceased or deceased. Which personally doesn’t care. But it's never too late for the story. Which is eternal. This is the exclusiveness of science. Recall the first trial in which the judgment of a medical expert led to a guilty verdict. Case of Madame Lafargue accused of poisoning her husband in 1840.

Recall the English king Charles II, indulging in alchemy and experiments with mercury ... He died in the seventeenth century, the reasons became clear in the twentieth. Recall the sworn "friend" of our Napoleon Bonaparte, whose deaths from arsenic were confirmed by chemists 150 years later. And do not forget that unfortunate person whose head in the portrait is held by Dr. Minakov. He died from a blow ... with a bear paw. And his skull, after a century, bears traces of the last meeting.

“Forensic medicine does not judge. She only knows the truth ... "

This is her second exceptional quality. Do not judge. Hence, such a balance in the arguments of Yevgeny Mikhailovich. He does not utter unnecessary words. They seem to be not in his vocabulary.

“Forensic medicine understands the mortality of being better than others ... Man is an extremely persistent and fragile creature.” And the best confirmation of the words of the chief forensic expert in Moscow is a unique university collection of frail, fragile, persistent and somewhere even non-existent (that is, staying beyond the bounds of good and evil) human material.

This is where the very theater begins, where it doesn't smell like acting, it doesn't smell at all. Here you feel a strange emptiness, not at all mysterious, but attractive. So attracts a flight of stairs from a height of the tenth floor. It seems that demons flock in flocks behind your back. Suddenly you recall: “Revenge is the daughter of stupidity. You can ignore both, if not for the deadly consequences "...

And then in front of glass display cases with "mortal exhibits" knees get unpleasantly cold.

“In order to reduce the time of torment crucified on the cross, there was a custom of crurifragium (skelokopia), which was used in cases where for some reason it was decided to accelerate the onset of death of prisoners.

In the course of a skelocopy, the bones of the legs were broken with a crucified hammer, after which the body of the convict was deprived of a fulcrum and hung on his hands. Under these conditions, overstretching quickly ensued. chest and choking occurred much faster - within a few tens of minutes and even faster.

This position has been convincingly proved by K-S.D. Schulte, who, in a series of controlled experiments on volunteers, showed that if the crucifixion occurred only by hanging on the hands, without resting on the legs, then in all subjects, by the 6th minute, the volume of inhaled air decreased by about 70%, arterial pressure fell by 50% of the norm, and the heart rate doubled. After 12 minutes, breathing was carried out only due to the movements of the diaphragm and there was a loss of consciousness.

When the volunteers were allowed to lean on their legs periodically during crucifixion (once within 20 seconds), a pronounced normalization of the cardiovascular system and respiration occurred. The experiment in the latter case lasted up to 30–40 minutes, after which the subjects experienced severe pain in the wrists and the experiment stopped there.

The theory of P. Barbet that the death of condemned to crucifixion occurred as a result of positional asphyxiation due to the position of the body of the person being crucified on the cross seems quite convincing, reasonably explaining the onset of death in the people being crucified, and is now accepted by almost all researchers.

However, paying tribute to the pioneering work of P. Barbet, it should nevertheless be recognized that, having revealed the features of the onset of death during the crucifixion, he could not adequately explain one specific case - the death of Jesus Christ on the cross. "

I saw a collection of stomachs poisoned with sulfuric, carbolic, nitric acids, caustic, mercuric chloride, formalin. A breathtaking sight!

Models, but made of real human material. That is, it was the stomachs that belonged to people who had the misfortune of poisoning or being poisoned. The color scheme was amazing. Green, crimson, yellow, violet and brown stomachs looked at me from behind the glasses.

Following the stomachs, in the same flowery, were poisonous esophaguses, intestines, ruined lungs, torn hearts and liver, brains in an abscess, crushed faces, fingers, severed heads and other parts of people marked by violence. Each of them was “voiced” by a glaring monologue - a brief note (elegant font with curlicues) that characterizes the case. As if they were greeting cards, not posthumous conclusions of examinations. I read them, and the hair should have moved on my head ...

"Face skin with self-poisoning with caustic alkali."

"Spontaneous rupture of the heart."

"Forehead breaks."

"Compression of a lump of earth."

“Fatal wounds from an accidental fall on a knife (butcher, 62 years old).”

"The boots of Lieutenant Petrov with traces of compression by a passenger train on October 25, 1947."

“Citizen S., who suffered from osteomyelitis of bones for a long time in the area of \u200b\u200bthe left wrist joint, chopped off with his ax the first 5th finger at the level of the middle part of the metacarpal bone, and then the hand at the level of the wrist joint ...”

And simply: the hands and head of the Papuan, the hands of the farmer, cook, shoemaker, cutter.

And the absolutely exorbitant exhibit is the face of the deceased with a sign: “Fat wax formation. Stay in a coffin for 54 years ... "

The topic of our lecture today is positional asphyxiation. I must admit that of all the types of asphyxiation that we know ... By the way, how many?

The interns were silent, and the lecturer quickly listed them from memory ...

So, of all types of asphyxia in the Soviet Union, one type has never been studied, being banned ... And this is positional asphyxia. Is “oblivion" connected with the fact that the most famous case of positional asphyxia in history immediately led us to whom? That's right, ”the assistant professor continued, although none of the students even opened his mouth,“ to crucify Jesus Christ. ” It was somehow not handy for the atheistic state to go deep into the details of the death of the Lord God ...

The assistant professor smiled. But the interns did not move, they did not understand the joke.

And why? - Associate Professor Tumanov asked with a sad smile. “And because the conclusions of the science of death fit too easily into the text of the Gospel ...”

Tumanov paused. I took a breath and do not remember how I breathed. Because it was the most incredible and merciless sermon of Christianity that I have ever heard in my life. Incredible, because the science of death knows no sentiment. Merciless, because it left no doubt.

What Kildyushov spoke sparingly and briefly - for forensic medicine there is no prescription of time - I felt on my own skin. Tumanov gave a lecture as if he himself conducted an examination of the body of Jesus Christ. And we were present at the same time.

The grimaces of death grimaced at us from behind glass cabinets, but the intoxicating emptiness disappeared, erased like a silly joke erased from memory.

Kildyushov said that forensic medicine does not judge anyone, but knows the truth.

All the more valuable is this only truth ...

Why did Jesus Christ die?

And what does domestic forensic medicine say about this?

“Summarizing the foregoing, it can be reasonably assumed that the death of Jesus Christ occurred as a result of the development of DIC. Most likely, in the phase of hypercoagulation ...

DIC is an acquired pathology of the blood coagulation system, which is characterized by circulatory disorders at the level of the microvasculature important bodies (liver, kidneys, adrenal glands, lungs, etc.). Developing in many cases of acute conditions, including injuries, DIC can occur within a few hours and cause an extremely high mortality rate for victims ...

The circumstances that caused the development of this pathological condition were flagellation with extensive damage to the soft tissues of the back and their further traumatization, which occurred both during the carrying of the cross and during the stay on it during the crucifixion. Additional conditions that determined the development of DIC were increased hypoxia, which occurred due to difficulty breathing, which increased as a result of blood loss and dehydration of hypovolemia, an unnatural position of the body on the cross, pain flow from nails pierced by nails, and severe psychoemotional shock.

“... And he who has witnessed has testified, and his testimony is true; he knows that he speaks the truth, that you may believe ”(John 19, 34-35).”

The note uses excerpts from an article by associate professor E.V. Tumanova “Death at the Crucifixion. The look of a medical examiner. ”

Recently, Moscow morgues are more and more reminiscent of the private holdings of the head of the Moscow bureau of forensic medical examination, Evgeny Kildyushov. Doubtful personalities constantly rub near them, corpses are registered for a fee, and personnel issues are solved as if the staff of the morgues are serfs of Mr. Kildyushov. How did this situation develop?

Evgeni Mikhailovich Kildyushov came to Moscow from the province and entered the Second Medical Institute. After graduating from this university, he was able to successfully arrange his own career by marrying a girl from a family of old Moscow doctors, one might say the medical elite. But, quickly rising up the career ladder and receiving the title of Doctor of Sciences, already respected and well-known in medical circles, Evgeny Mikhailovich leaves his family and suddenly marries again. His new darling was a young employee of the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Second Honey, where by that time he was working as a leader. A young wife predictably quickly becomes an assistant professor in the same department.

But the true heyday in Kildyushov’s career comes in 2012, when he assumes the post of head of the Bureau of Forensic Medicine in Moscow. Here Evgeny Mikhailovich clearly shows how you can quickly and easily go over the heads of others, neglecting the laws of conscience and finding loopholes for enrichment.

The Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination is engaged in hard and important work - it examines the bodies of the deceased, reveals the causes of death of victims of murders, accidents and sudden deaths. The results of this work are needed by the investigating authorities, the police, as well as relatives who were heartbroken, so the research should be carried out efficiently and at the appropriate professional level. The Bureau is responsible for all judicial morgues in Moscow. This institution is managed by Evgeny Mikhailovich.

Historically, in each of the 11 districts of Moscow there was a branch of the bureau - a morgue, in which the bodies of the dead from all over the district were delivered. Since the Bureau of Forensic Examination accepts about 25,000 bodies of deceased annually, urban specialized funeral services worked at each district morgue. But in 2010, on the territory of the Southern Administrative District, in the industrial zone at Tarny proezd, 3, a huge mortuary “Tsaritsyno” was built. Gradually, they began to redistribute the bodies of the dead not only in the south of the capital, but also in its other districts.

Since 2014, the funeral service in the Tsaritsyno branch has been liquidated, and it has been replaced by dubious individuals who spend all their time near the reception desks and proudly calling themselves the company “Help ritual”. They literally attack the relatives of the deceased and force them to draw up funeral documents through their organization. In addition to selling ritual accessories and arranging a funeral, “Help Ritual” also provides services for embalming the bodies of the dead, their sanitary and cosmetic treatment, although the main contingent of employees of this “office” is people who are not related to the provision of funeral services - former carriers of the dead and orderlies of morgues. But the employees of the Bureau of Forensic Expertise strongly recommends that the relatives of the victims contact them, and not the real professionals of the ritual market.

With the advent of Yevgeny Mikhailovich, staff turnover has sharply increased, strong professionals are surviving from work by harsh methods - reducing wages, rotation and creating impossible conditions for normal work.

But let us leave aside the issues related to the mechanism by which a state institution seizes the market for the funeral services of the city of Moscow, and briefly dwell on another commonplace fact - the theft from the state treasury.
