Adult polyclinic teply stan 134 branch 2. Preparation for instrumental research methods

My mother is 72. And she is diabetic. Until 2019, I could easily make an appointment with an endocrinologist via the Internet so that she could visit a doctor and he prescribed the medications necessary for her life. But since the beginning of 2019, the order of visiting a doctor has changed! Firstly, the possibility of making an appointment with an endocrinologist was completely blocked. Neither via the Internet, nor by phone, nor at the nurses' desk - only the endocrinologist himself can make an appointment with an endocrinologist. Secondly, now you get to the endocrinologist only after two months on the third. In between, the prescriptions are given to you by a paramedic (does he have sufficient qualifications?), To whom, thank God, you can sign up. This is all background. Now, in fact, on the case.

My mother visited a paramedic for the second time and the next time, in theory, she had to go to an endocrinologist. But! But the paramedic cannot register her with an endocrinologist. She had to go up to the endocrinologist's office and, by hook or by crook, squeeze into the queue (which was formed by appointment). Well the people missed it. But they could have sent! Do you think the endocrinologist wrote it down? Not! He gave her a blood donation coupon. There is nothing wrong with the analyzes, but why was it impossible to make an appointment right away ?! The doctor, meanwhile, told her mother, after the tests, to come to her and then they will finally write her down. The tests are taken in the morning, the endocrinologist is not yet receiving an appointment, so it is impossible to combine the tests and the appointment with the endocrinologist. We go further: my mother passed the tests, a few days later she came to make an appointment with the endocrinologist, again wedging into the queue of patients by appointment (otherwise nothing). And then she was told that she had to sign up only on Monday from 8 to 10 (she came on Tuesday morning), since the rest of the time there were no coupons! Strange, the endocrinologist was unloaded, now he accepts patients after two months for the third, but when they came to him once a month, there were coupons, and now, after the innovation, they are taken apart in a couple of hours ... And, by the way, what prevented me from saying about the day , when you need to come for a coupon, before, when a referral for tests was issued?!?! As a result, in order to get an appointment with an endocrinologist, my mother had to visit this doctor three times, just begging for a ticket! At the same time, as I already wrote, the person is 72 years old, she has diabetes and a bunch of other age-related diseases, she lives two microdistricts from the clinic, and she has to run like a young man, trying to get a ticket to the doctor, to whom she is attached as a chronic patient! ! As far as I understand, electronic entry Introduced into polyclinics in order to make life easier for patients, so that they can make an appointment from home. In extreme cases, with periodic admission (as in chronic patients), they should be next take write down at the previous appointment. But in this polyclinic, since 2019, the logistics of making an appointment with an endocrinologist has been brought to the point of absurdity! Sick people have to visit the clinic several times, just in order to get an appointment card. At the same time, each time it is necessary to defend the queue and argue with those who are in this queue by appointment on a legal basis.

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the goodwill and professional work to the nurses Alla Vladimirovna and Lyudmila Ivanovna, who receive them in the Physiotherapy office. The attentive and non-indifferent attitude towards patients is striking. For more than 20 years I have seen how kindly they treat us. Despite the heavy workload, they explain everything to everyone clearly (and sometimes several times), give competent advice. Many, many thanks to them. There would be more such medical workers.

My dad needs to change the feeding tube and trachyastoma every month after leaving the hospital. To the question of how to organize this (the statement says - in the polyclinic at the place of residence), the head of the department replied - we do not do this. Please go back to the hospital. So, at least change the zones myself. Dad is lying and I know what to do. In. So my dad built clinics and hospitals all over Moscow for 40 years, and when he needs help, his own clinic turns away and doesn't even give advice. It remains only to write to the higher authorities. Sincerely, Irina

They refused today (10/07/2017 at 10 a.m.) to see a therapist with an exacerbation of a chronic disease. On the phone at 9 in the morning they said that the therapist on duty is already taking, come. She came, and at the medical post they answered rudely that there were no coupons anymore, come back after 15.00 and tomorrow everything is also busy. FROM not feeling well came in vain. I had to go to a paid clinic in order to start treatment on time and prevent complications. It turns out that our employers pay contributions to the budget to the Medical Service Fund, but they do not provide us with proper treatment. And you have to be treated for money to stay alive.

Update as of 09/04/2019. Below, I have already left a comment about how my mother, a 72-year-old pensioner with diabetes, was deprived of the opportunity to make an online appointment with an endocrinologist, forcing her to run around doctors, offices and floors in order to gain access to a specialist who supervises her chronic illness... So, after that comment, everyone immediately fussed. I got a call, and the endocrinologist herself, and the head of branch number 2 of the 134th polyclinic, and the head of the entire 134th polyclinic. The versions of what happened were slightly different (they did not agree among themselves), but it all boiled down to the fact that my mother was denied access to the recording by mistake and that everything would be fixed. I knew it was bullshit because I sat in line with diabetics and talked to them. Absolutely everyone was transferred to this scheme of access to an endocrinologist! But since my mother, after the review, was connected here with the recording option, I did not dwell on this. I am primarily concerned about my dear person, not "world peace." Alas, less than half a year has passed since the possibility of making an appointment with an endocrinologist for my mother was turned off again! When I talked with the head of the branch, he asked me to contact him personally in case of problems. Which I did - I called his worker. It was not possible to talk to him, but his secretary (or assistant) wrote everything down and promised to give him information. A month has passed since that time, and I still cannot make an appointment with my mother to see an endocrinologist ... Therefore, I bring this topic up again here! How long, one wonders?
There is one more question that I would like to draw your attention to. Chronic patients and pensioners have been given the opportunity to receive some medicines free of charge. For this, there is a pharmacy at the clinic. The scheme is as follows: the doctor writes out a prescription, you run to another office to stamp the prescription, and then you go to the pharmacy for medicines. I will clarify right away: nothing is done with recipes except for placing seals in the intermediate office. There are no reconciliations to see if this is a real recipe, no journal entries or anything like that - just stupid stamping! Why it is impossible to put seals directly in the pharmacy or accept them without seals, and then a person who has the right to put a seal would look into the pharmacy and stamp everything, it is not clear! As long as the seal spacer office and the pharmacy were opposite each other, this could still be tolerated. But now they are on different floors! As a result, sick people from the floor where their doctor's office is located must run to the first floor for seals, and then go up to the second for medicines. I emphasize once again: chronic patients and retirees! Judging by these two described situations, the polyclinic does everything to make it as difficult as possible for sick people to exercise their right to medical care. To make it easier for them to spit on such medicine and self-medicate. So that patients do not distract the clinic staff from their undoubtedly very important affairs.

Good day!
We apologize to you and your mother for the inconvenience caused. To resolve the situation, an employee of the polyclinic contacted you. The patient was detached from the endocrinologist due to the stability of the disease and the absence of the need for monthly consultations. Now the self-recording has been reopened, the patient expressed a desire to independently choose the date of the consultation and make an appointment.
With best wishes, Olga Ivanovna Borisova, acting chief physician of the city polyclinic № 134
