To get a voucher, you must fill out an application in which you need to indicate your passport data and passport data (or birth certificates) of the child, information about the social status of the family (including a description of a difficult life situation), and also put a mark confirming permission for processing and storing data about the child. The application should be accompanied by documents confirming the right to provide the child with social support measures (certificate of disability, certificate of a large family, etc.).

You can send an application and documents using the portal of state and municipal services of the Moscow region. You can also apply for this support measure in person - at the multifunctional center (MFC) at your place of residence, or at the territorial division of the Ministry of Social Development of the Moscow Region.

The maximum term for the provision of the service is six working days. After this time, a decision will be made on placing the applicant in the queue for a free ticket. A decision may also be made to partially compensate the cost of the rest - in this case, the funds will be transferred to the applicant's bank account, or to the account of the federal post office.

Compensation of the cost of vouchers for legal entities

Starting November 2, Muscovites can apply for preferential vouchers to health camps. Outside the city and on the seaside, about 50 thousand children will have a rest next summer. Five weeks instead of two

Children of 13 privileged categories can count on vouchers. Among them are disabled people, orphans and children from low-income families. You can book a free trip this year, like last time, in two stages. On the first - from November 2 to December 10 - you need to decide on the time of rest and indicate the regions where you would like to send your child. Thus, the time to submit an application through the mos.ru portal is now not two weeks, but five. Parents asked to extend the term. Like, more time will be to think over everything and plan a vacation. At the second stage - from February 7 to February 21, 2018 - parents will choose a specific recreation center or camp, as well as the exact dates of arrival. If the offers of "Mosgortur" dads and moms of the beneficiaries are not satisfied, they can refuse the voucher, and in return receive 30 thousand rubles. In this case, the parents completely take the children's rest on their shoulders. Money must be transferred to them by March 18. At the same time, you will not have to account for the rest.

The principle of justice

For the first time for children with disabilities of the musculoskeletal system, moving in wheelchairs, Mosgortur intends to select recreation centers with an accessible environment. To do this, parents need to check the appropriate box. However, there must be a good reason for that - sanatorium treatment or rehabilitation.

This application campaign, like last time, will be subject to the "principle of fairness". If there are more applications for the vouchers themselves, the children who have rarely gone on vacation in the past three years or have not gone at all will go to rest first, the Mosgortur officials explained.

Last summer, young Muscovites were recruiting strength in 16 health camps and 18 recreation centers. Most of all people went to the coast of Crimea and Krasnodar Territory. The fourth option involves writing an application to the Social Insurance Fund. He works with disabled children. When applying, all documents certifying disability and the passport of the accompanying person are attached.

The fifth option is to contact the trade union of the organization where the parent (guardian) works. It can be a private organization or a budgetary institution.

2. Child's birth certificate or passport.
3. Certificate confirming registration at the place of residence.
4. If the family is considered to have many children, then you will need to attach a birth certificate for the rest of the children.
5. In the case of orphans, a parent's death certificate must be presented.
6. Low-income families confirm their status with appropriate income certificates.
7. A disabled child is required to bring a certificate of disability.

• failure to visit the camp in previous periods without a valid reason (the list of valid excuses includes - illness, death of a close relative, quarantine of a child, the accompanying person was supposed to look after a seriously ill person);
• violation of the order and rules of stay during the previous rest;
• certificates and documents are fake.

If there are no grounds for refusal, then an employee of the authority must accept the documents and put the child in line.

Compensation for purchased tours

When a parent (guardian) acquires a voucher on his own, then you can apply for a refund of the funds spent. The procedure is carried out in social security, where the application is submitted until August 31 of the current year. Other documents are attached to it:

• receipt-check for payment of stay in the camp;
• stub of the voucher;
• family income statement.

When choosing a camp for the purpose of subsequent compensation, the chosen institution for recreation should be analyzed for the level and quality of the services provided. The Social Security Administration sets certain requirements for the camps. Particular importance is given to the availability of a license. If the requirements are not met, the authority will refuse to return the funds.

And also there is a clause that the duration of the rest should not exceed 21 days within 1 year.

The term for consideration of the application is 3 weeks.

Amount of compensation

The amount of compensation payment depends on many factors:

• regulatory value established at the regional level;
• total family income;
• family benefits;
• special status of the child.

The maximum refundable amount cannot exceed 90%. But all regions set their own limits for compensation.
