Read online "ideal energy". Deepak Chopra

New “bricks” entering your body do not immediately fall into place; they are initially distributed by the inner mind, which knows how to build the heart, kidneys, skin, enzymes, hormones, DNA, and everything else. This mind is absolutely unlimited, and the entire construction process is under its control. In most cases, we use the unlimited possibilities of the quantum field, directing directed rays of our attention to it. Each thought is a focused ray of attention sent from your “quantum self”. It doesn't take many of these precisely targeted beams or thoughts to make life a little longer or better. You can extend your life by about 5 years by deciding to quit smoking, and increase it by a few more years by removing excess weighteating good food or exercising regularly. But the capabilities of these focused attention beams are limited. They will not make you completely healthy, will not extend your life by two or ten times, even if it were possible, and thus will not greatly improve the quality of your life.

For this, as we noted at the beginning, a breakthrough in thinking is required. How can you activate the full potential of your "quantum" body? The answer is strikingly simple. Incredible difficult process creation of ourselves can be broken down into several components that lend themselves to daily control.

Nutrition
Nutrition is a creative process in which the raw materials of the surrounding world are selected to become part of you. To make sure this process is going well, you need to know your body type and follow an appropriate diet. Go back to the section on diet for your somatic type and re-read it in order to remember the basic principles. And from now on, eat according to these principles, easily and freely.

Digestion and assimilation
Digestion and assimilation are creative processes that turn the “bricks” of matter into living tissue. Your body's digestive fire, agni, governs both processes, coordinating them perfectly. Read the section on agni again, remember how your somatic type functions, and keep your digestive fire on fire regularly.

Highlighting
Allocation is also a creative process that purifies the body by removing undigested food from it and freeing cells of toxins and other old building blocks. You can improve the excretion process by following a regular diet, as well as by resorting to Ayurvedic cleansing therapy. After the section on agni, we talked about cleansing herbs; The sattvic diet is also of great help in minimizing impurities in the body. If you can, then incorporate seasonal panchakarma into your annual regimen, using it three times, or at least once, a year. This is the most effective remedy to facilitate discharge.

Breath
As the main rhythm of life that supports all other rhythms, breathing can be called the most creative process taking place in our body. Correct breathing tunes our cells to natural rhythms, and the more natural and perfect our breathing, the more in harmony we are. Many Ayurvedic regimens help balance the breath; all forms of exercise for the three doshas are good, as are light Pranayama, or balanced breathing, which you can do for a few minutes every day.

Finally, we can combine all these separate processes under a common name:

Live in harmony with your "quantum" body

This is a common creative process in life. If you live in harmony with your "quantum" body, then all your daily life activities will go as smoothly as its individual components: breathing, nutrition, digestion, assimilation and excretion. The most important regimen to follow is transcendence, which allows you to come into contact with your "quantum" body. Take another look at the section on transcendental meditation and include a few minutes of meditation in your morning and evening schedule. According to Maharishi Ayurveda, this is the path to raising the everyday existence on the sick high level... If we manage multiple processes correctly, the body's inherent tendency to stay in balance will take care of the rest. At the quantum level, we are all born builders; it is only necessary to follow the guiding mind of our own nature, our prakrita, and the body, for all its complexity, will make its life path as naturally as the seasons alternate, the ebb tide gives way, and the stars shine.

WAVES IN THE OCEAN OF CONSCIOUSNESS

In its innermost essence, the "science of life" is a very personal and pacifying field of knowledge. It brings you back to yourself. We are now ready to guide you to experience the knowledge you have learned. When you opened this book and read the phrase "perfect health", you were probably somewhat shocked. Each person expects that he will definitely get sick someday; suggesting otherwise seems almost blasphemous. However, the sages of Ayurveda looked at life with different eyes. The famous Vedic lines read: "Our duty to all of humanity is to be absolutely healthy, because we are waves in the ocean of consciousness, and when we are sick, even a little, we break the cosmic harmony."

Now you understand what lies at the heart of this unusual dictum. It is wrong to consider oneself as an organism isolated in space and time, occupying a relatively small volume and living for seven or eight decades. Rather, you are a cell of the cosmic whole, endowed with all the privileges of this status, including impeccable health. Nature made us thinkers so that we can realize this truth. As another Vedic dictum proclaims: “The inner mind of the body is the last and highest genius of nature. It reflects the wisdom of the cosmos. " This genius is within you, it is part of your internal program, and because of this it is indestructible.

At the quantum level, there is no clear line separating you from the rest of the world. Each of us is on the verge between infinitely large and infinitely small values. The protons that exist in stars that are at least 5 million years old also live inside us. A neutrino that has swept through the Earth in a millionth of a second becomes part of us for a short time. You are a flowing river of atoms and molecules gathered in different parts of the universe. You are a bundle of energy, the waves of which reach the edges of a single field. You are the keeper of the inexhaustible mind, because nature itself is inexhaustible.

Maharishi Ayurveda came to us at the moment when we again experience the "charm of nature." The idea that the Universe is a living, breathing and thinking organism may have seemed ridiculous to the previous generation. However, today it is becoming the cornerstone of a new science. If so, Ayurveda will soon take the place of the first "quantum" medicine of our time.

For modern man disease is not a matter of necessity, but of choice: nature does not impose on us bacteria or viruses that cause heart attacks, diabetes, cancer, arthritis or osteochondrosis. All these are mostly wrong actions of the person. But what a person has built, he can make out. If this book helps you to guide your mind along the path of self-discovery, you will no longer live in the captivity of old boundaries. If the body, despite its apparent solidity and stubbornness, can also do this path, then you will achieve something more. The dream of freeing ourselves from diseases, if our body also accepts it, will cease to be just a dream, we will really become free people, clothed in flesh that will turn out to be as perfect as our ideals.

EXERCISES FOR THREE DOSHES

And now I would like to describe the exercises for the three doshas, \u200b\u200bwhich are taught in our clinics: the Hymn to the Sun, a complex of easy yoga poses and balanced breathing.

Many people who are not familiar with these exercises may believe that this is purely oriental gymnastics. After seeing pictures of people twisting their bodies into unnatural positions, you might think that yoga is not good for you.

In reality, all of our exercises are easy to do. Only the Hymn to the Sun requires some patience, all the other poses do not need special skill. Ideality for these exercises has a different meaning, since they are aimed at penetrating into your body, available to each of us. In all postures, the mind should be relaxed. Don't think about how you look or how close you are to perfect exercise performance, whatever you achieve is good for you. This approach makes every exercise you do useful and becomes even more useful over time. Everyone feels pleasant relaxation for a few hours after completing a short Ayurveda complex.

Salutation to the Sun (Hymn to the Sun), SURYA NAMASKARA

Time: 1 to 2 minutes for each cycle, movements are slow.

Repetition: 1 to 6 cycles in the morning and more if you have already gained experience.

Sun Salutation (Hymn to the Sun) is a complex Ayurvedic exercise that encompasses the entire physiology: mind, body and breath. It strengthens and stretches major muscle groups, lubricates joints, improves spine health and massages internal organs... The blood begins to flow faster, circulating throughout the body. With regular exercise, you will be able to achieve stability, flexibility, elasticity, and grace.

The cycle consists of 12 positions. They are performed in exact sequence one after the other. Each movement should be synchronized with breathing. In each position, move smoothly, breathe deeply and lightly, so that each cycle takes about one minute.

Start slowly, avoiding stress, and listen to your body to gradually increase the number of Sun Salutation (Sun Hymn) exercise cycles. This gradual advance will prevent your muscles from stretching or fatiguing too much, especially if you don't exercise regularly. Stop if you notice that you are breathing heavily or feel tired. In this case, lie down and rest for one or two minutes until your breathing becomes free. With regular practice, your opportunities will increase.

Drink warm milk before bed. Add soothing spices to the milk, if desired, such as cardamom, nutmeg, or saffron to balance Vata dosha.

3. If you are unable to fall asleep immediately, tune in to a state of "indifference". Don't get out of bed. Even if you are awake, your body gets a healthy rest.

4. If your routine of going to bed and getting up in the morning has gone far from natural rhythms, try to set the alarm at an earlier time each time. Every three or four days, the hour of your ascent should shift 10-15 minutes forward. Gradually, you will achieve that in the evening you will want to sleep earlier.

Physiological discharge

We have already seen how important synchronization with time plays in the course of such important processeslike digestion and sleep. We must now consider another basic biological function of the organism - excretion. It is well known that millions of people suffer from irregular bowel movements, and the reason for this, again, lies in the disruption of the connection between mind and body. The reason for this irregularity in bowel activity is the effect of stress on the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

It is best to empty your bowels in the morning, right after waking up. This allows the body to get rid of the toxins accumulated over the previous day, and thereby start a new day cleansed.

Even if you are experiencing problems with bowel movements already long time, you still have the opportunity to accustom your body to regular bowel movements. The most important thing is that you just need to give time to the bowels to empty naturally, and not force it to work forcibly. After waking up, drink one or two glasses of warm water and then go to the toilet. After five to ten minutes spent in a calm environment, the intestines should empty out on their own. By the way, at this time it is better not to read. When you read, your attention is directed either upward or outward, while it is desirable to direct it inward or downward.

If, after ten minutes, you still have not had a bowel movement, get up and go about your business. However, if you do this procedure every day - drinking water to empty your bowels, and not worrying about whether you succeed or not - your body will begin to restore balance to the rhythms of nature. The cleansing mechanisms of your body will come into greater balance with natural cycles and you will feel the additional energy and inner purity accompanying this. If you continue to experience constipation or other bowel disorders, I recommend that you refer to my book. " Perfect digestion"(Key to Balanced Life).

Exercises for the three body types

Vata works best with slow, light exercises in which the body is in continuous motion for 15-20 minutes. Exercises on offer include walking, swimming, yoga exercises and non-tiring cycling.

Pitta is best suited for quicker but moderate exercise, in which the body is in continuous motion for 15-20 minutes. Exercises on offer include brisk walking, short skiing walks, swimming, cycling, weightlifting, tennis and badminton.

Kapha is best suited for vigorous exercise, lasting 15 to 30 minutes. You can try running, biking, swimming, skiing, aerobics, walking, and weight lifting.

In general, it is recommended that you use 50% of your maximum capacity. If, for example, you can run six miles, limit yourself to three; if you can swim twelve distances, stop after six. Then you will feel energized and comfortable and never feel stressed or tired.

With regular exercise, your physical capabilities will increase.

Exercise daily, seven days a week.

Do not overexert yourself while exercising.

If you start to breathe through your mouth or sweat, pause for a while and then gradually increase the load. Remember: no amount of intense exertion will give maximum results.

You should practice during the morning Kap-khi cycle, between 6 and 10 a.m. If you are practicing meditation, it is best to do the exercises after it. However, the neuromuscular integration exercises and the Sun Salutation exercise described below should be done before meditation, as they are ideal techniques for calming the mind.
