Of course there are new foreign analogues, but they are an order of magnitude more expensive, under 50 thousand euros. And this one got almost for nothing.

After that, the blank with the washers is fixed in the machine that processes it. As a result, a cylinder is obtained, which in turn is cut into blanks, glass rounds. And metal washers are dugs, if placing the workpiece into a special oven.

    They are glued with a special resin to metal boobs. One way is applied to paint or varnish, and then the resin that solidines is tightly glued to the lens, vaseline is applied to the second side and glued to such a hemisphere.

    Then take a hemisple with lenses and turn into a heated metal blank. There is a "psp" and a resin with lenses glued with a blank.

    It's all immediately placed in a bath with water, the dwarf is cooled, the resin is tightly grasped with it, and the hemisphere smeared with a vaseline is easily removed.

    This thing is waiting for the next stage of processing.

    Here, already polished lenses are fighting from another metal disc. It is done gently so as not to damage the blanks.

    To soften the resin with already ready-made lenses, they are heated in the furnace.

    In the same room with lenses, resin residues are removed manually.

    And there is a visual check of the workpiece. If something is wrong with it, it will be discarded or again falls on the polishing line.
