Alcoholism. Alcoholism. Alcohol is poison for any living cell. Burning up quickly, it takes away oxygen and water from tissues and organs. Blood vessels under the influence of alcohol, they first expand, and the blood saturated with alcohol rushes violently to the brain, causing a sharp excitement of the nerve centers - this is where the excessively cheerful mood and swagger of a drunk person comes from. Following the increasing excitation in the cerebral cortex, there is a sharp weakening of the inhibition processes. The cortex ceases to control the work of the (lower) subcortical regions of the brain. Therefore, an intoxicated person loses control over himself and a critical attitude to his behavior. Losing restraint and modesty, he says and does what he would not say and would not do in a sober state. Each new portion of alcohol more and more paralyzes the nerve centers, as if binding them and not allowing them to interfere with the chaotic activity of the sharply excited lower parts of the brain. Addiction Addiction Often the first step to drugs is made out of curiosity. Up to 60% of drug addicts “tried” drugs in this way. Drug addiction forms very quickly, its process is so rapid that in years a drug addict is already a very old man. It takes only 2-3 months from psychological addiction to physical dependence. Narcotic substances have an extremely pronounced effect on the human body. Nerve cells seem to burn out, the protective functions of the body are sharply reduced. A defenseless organism is attacked by many diseases. All organs and systems of the body are affected: the heart muscle is affected, gastritis occurs, peptic ulcer, pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, gallstone and kidney stone disease, pneumonia, pleurisy, hepatitis, AIDS. All types of metabolism are violated: protein, carbohydrate, fat. Personality changes are expressed in progressive degradation, often turning into dementia. Balanced diet

Health and happiness are what every person needs. It is difficult to imagine a person happy if he is sick. “You will be healthy - you will get everything,” says popular wisdom, with which one cannot but agree. Taking care of your health is the duty and responsibility of every person. Taking care of our health, we think about our physical and mental state, about how, as the song says, “body and soul are young”. In a healthy body - healthy mind... Everyone knows this, as they know, and that playing sports strengthens the body, helps to get rid of bad habits, contributes to the development of not only physical, but also moral qualities. But we often forget about this. Maybe that was good mood, you need to start every day with a smile and exercise. Of course, it is difficult to force yourself to get up every day ahead of time, muscles ache due to habit. But daily exercise is the beginning of physical and spiritual development, it is getting rid of bad habits and idleness, this is the first step towards observing the daily routine. Athletes claim that physical exercises affect the state of mind, thinking. Sport is pleasure, harmony, harmony of mind and strength. Sport is work.
Physically exercising, a person gets tired and needs rest. But rest can be different too. You can relax in front of the TV or computer, or you can relax in nature. But for some reason, outdoor recreation for many young people is associated with various entertainment, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs. “The forbidden fruit is sweet,” says an ancient proverb. First curiosity, imitation, striving for self-affirmation, then addiction - and now human brain is captured by the "monster". Because alcohol, tobacco and drugs are the three heads of one monster, which acquires terrible power over people, especially over children and youth. Many young people believe that smoking is a harmless activity. Smoking is fashionable, cool. And no one thinks about the harmful effects of smoking on a young organism until the disease makes itself felt.
In my opinion, carry on healthy image life is great! It is not for nothing that they say: "Be not red, but healthy." I am surprised when I see teenagers of my age with a bottle of beer in their hands or with a cigarette in their teeth. They think it's cool, trendy, or stylish. Or, when you ask them the question: "Why do you smoke?" They answer: "Not smoking is good, but I don't want to die healthy." I think many will agree with me, this is ridiculous and stupid. And in general, how can you consider yourself cool with a cigarette in your mouth?
I myself am engaged in the national struggle and am incredibly happy about it. Firstly, I go in for sports and it gives me tremendous pleasure. Secondly, thanks to sports, I lead a healthy lifestyle: I do not drink or smoke, and thirdly, the circle of my friends is expanding. I am also fond of skiing. After the lessons, the physical education teacher conducts trainings. I participate in all the activities of the school and the district. I always take prizes.
I had a chance to visit many districts of our republic and get acquainted with my peers, guys like me, who have been involved in sports and national wrestling since childhood. These guys lead a healthy lifestyle. It is easy for me to communicate with them, they give me good advice. Among these guys, I have never seen any bad guys with negative energy. Communication with them gives me only positive. I try to follow their example. In my area I am an athlete of the second category. At the championship of the Republic of Tatatrstan among youths in national wrestling, I want to join the ranks of prize-winners.
National wrestling is very famous in Tatarstan. During folk festivals - Sabantuy - belt wrestling is the highlight of national holiday programs. This is one of the most ancient sports. Historians claim that belt wrestling is at least three thousand years old! This is convincingly proved by ancient manuscripts, documents and various historical art monuments. Experts have found rock paintings depicting belt wrestling in various parts of the world. In the century, the scientist and philosopher Avicenna spoke about this struggle. So people from ancient times went in for sports and led a healthy lifestyle.
I am proud to say that there are no smokers at all in our school. Starting from the elementary grades, the children are engaged in national wrestling, hand-to-hand fighting, basketball, we carry out the whole school morning exercises, we participate in health days, attend sports matches in basketball, football and hockey (organized by the school and schools of the district). Recently, we held a lightning throughout the school. Our 10th grade won first place. We really enjoyed this competition. And most importantly, not only boys, but also girls go in for sports.
Thanks to sports, I learned not only to win, but also to play with dignity, respecting my opponent. Whatever is important in this life. In general, victories educate you to be successful in any business. And this is good.
I think that the 2013 Universiade, which will be held in our Republic of Tatarstan, is not accidental. After all, if in our rural school they go in for sports, what can we say about large schools. So there is a HEALTHY SPIRIT IN A HEALTHY BODY. A person who has good physical health must have sound mind and spirit. And I urge all the guys to come to their senses and look around: how good it is to live a life full of events, filled with content, to enjoy victories over oneself, to feel the breath of time. Guys, look around, life is wonderful!

Over the centuries, people's ideas about what it means to be healthy have not changed. Health, as a natural state of man, is the same in the West and in the East. Doctors and philosophers of antiquity quite rightly believed that man is an inseparable part of the world around him.

In Russia, even Catherine II understood how important it is for the younger generation to learn to take care of their health. She approved the city folk schools, where students were already taught how to take care of their health.

“I choose healthy

lifestyle!"

Healthy lifestyle of a person - speaking this phrase, we rarely think about what is really hidden behind these words. So what is a healthy lifestyle? In general, a healthy lifestyle includes a set of recreational activities that strengthen the physical and mental health of a person, increase moral and physical performance.

  3. To foster an active life position, a responsible attitude to one's health.

Introduction

The ability to lead a healthy lifestyle is a sign of a person's high culture, education, perseverance, and will.

Based on the approval of outstanding teachers, psychologists such as Likhachev D.S. “The main thing on which physical health depends is moral health ... in order to maintain your health, think about the health of others”; Makarenko A.S. "Health is not a gift that a person receives once and for all his life, but the result of the conscious behavior of each person and everyone in society."

Tables in the classroom are arranged so that students can work in groups of 4-6 people.

Event progress

Quiet music sounds. The facilitator asks the students: “Do you love life? Life is wealth, given to everyone from the very beginning, and I really want it to be beautiful and happy. What is good life? Think about this, please, each one and write down the continuation of the phrase: "A happy life is ..." Students write down those concepts that, in their opinion, characterize a happy life (work 2-3 minutes). The facilitator then suggests that the groups discuss these notes and rank them in order of importance.

If we determine what the life and health of people on Earth depends on, then the most important thing will be peace, the absence of war. This is the most important thing, the most important thing. Then will follow: the state of the OS, sufficient nutrition, material well-being, medical care ... We want you to be physically and spiritually developed, purposeful, cheerful people. I would like the young generation, our future, to learn how to strengthen their health, and there are no trifles in this matter. Summarizing the answers of the students, the presenter draws their attention to the fact that a healthy lifestyle is becoming more and more popular among adolescents, but a lot depends on the person himself, on how he relates to himself, to his future. So, today we will focus on a healthy lifestyle.

After discussion, students conclude that the main components of a healthy lifestyle are:

  • To give up smoking.

  • Refusal from alcoholic beverages.

  • Refusal from drugs.

  • Physical education and sports, physical activity.

  • Balanced diet.

Of course, it is also important that the air we breathe is clean.

b). Balanced diet.

Student speech. The famous Russian publicist and literary critic D.I. Pisarev assured: "Change the food of a person, and the whole person will change little by little." Human health is largely determined by the quantity and quality of food, diet. The modern diet of most people is characterized by a high consumption of foods containing a lot of carbohydrates. The result is overeating and obesity. "Moderation is nature's ally," said the ancient Greek physician, the father of medicine, Hippocrates. Yes, food should be moderate, but varied and nutritious.

Food must contain vitamins! Fresh vegetables and fruits, honey, dried apricots, nuts, raisins, buckwheat, oatmeal, millet - these are the products that increase the body's vital functions. You need to include them in your diet. And bread made from fine flour, pasta, sausages, sausages, fried potatoes are devoid of most of the biologically active substances. This diet lowers the body's vital functions. It is also important to remember that foods that contain various preservatives, sweeteners and colors are unhealthy and even dangerous to health.

in). Physical activity, physical education and sports, positive emotions and hardening.

Student speech. It should be added that physical activity (at least 30 minutes a day) is also a component of a healthy lifestyle. It improves the functioning of all vital organs. There can be no health without physical activity. "If you do not run while you are healthy, you will have to run when you get sick," the Roman poet Horace believed.

The most useful and accessible sports: swimming, cycling, gymnastics, hiking.

Positive emotions are also necessary for a healthy lifestyle: joy, happiness, life satisfaction, kindness. Negative emotions that destroy health: anger, fear, resentment, anxiety, melancholy, suspiciousness, greed. Try to avoid such emotions and protect people around you from them.

Factors that negatively affect human health.

a) Tobacco smoking.

Student speech.

Tobacco smoking is often referred to as bad habits, and this is one of the dangerous diseases called chemical dependence. According to world statistics, about 2.5 million people die prematurely from among smokers every year. There are about 400 components in tobacco smoke, 40 of which have a carcinogenic effect, i.e. can cause cancer. The most dangerous is radioactive polonium-210. Smoking is especially detrimental to a woman's body. If a woman smokes during pregnancy, the likelihood of miscarriage increases, the weight of the fetus decreases, and premature birth may occur. The child of such a woman is more likely to get sick. If a woman smokes while breastfeeding, then the child becomes weak, painful, and lags behind in development. Smoking is very harmful for children and adolescents, boys and girls. After all, it is in adolescence that an organism is finally formed, which should serve all life. Smoking is dangerous not only for the smoker himself, but also for the people around him. The so-called "passive smoking", when a person is forced to inhale smoke while in a smoky room, has the same negative effect on the body as smoking itself.

1 student:

My name is cigarette
I am beautiful and strong.
I'm familiar with the whole world
Many people need me.
Brain and heart I intoxicate
Young and old.
Let's face it - weaklings.

A heart:

I'm so bad, I'm so tired

And there is no more strength to knock.
Probably not enough to live ...
If only you could understand -
I don't have enough oxygen.
Nicotine chokes me so.
And this poison is invincible.
My blood vessels -
Burning up in smoke day after day
And if you don't save us,
We will be gone from smoking!

Lungs:

Oh, we are poor, completely burned out,

We want to ask you people:
"Why do you smoke?"
Polonium poisons us,
Nicotine is a terrible poison for us.
It burns our bronchi.
Who is to blame for this?
Terrible cough in the morning
Tears throat into blood.
Who will help us now,
To get healthy again?

Brain:

The damned villain has dried me up.

There are no more bright ideas.
He stole my neurons
And I changed it for a pack of cigarettes.
I am now and for a long time
I can't learn this lesson
There is no attention and no memory -
Everything from those damn cigarettes.

2 student:

Remember - man is not weak.

Born free. He is not a slave.
Tonight, how do you go to bed
You have to say so yourself:
“I chose the path to the light myself
And despising the cigarette.
I won't smoke for anything.
I am human! I have to be strong! "

A pack of cigarettes a day is about 500 X-rays of radiation per year!

b) Alcoholism.

Classroom speeches.

1 student: In ancient times, people became acquainted with the unusual amusing effect of certain drinks. The most common milk, honey, fruit juices, after standing in the sun, changed not only their appearance, taste, but also acquired the ability to excite, instill a feeling of lightness, carelessness, well-being. People did not immediately notice that the next day a person was paying with a headache, fatigue, and a bad mood. Our distant ancestors had no idea what a terrible enemy they had acquired. The main constituent of most alcoholic beverages is ethanol... Taken internally, after 5-10 minutes, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and spreads throughout the body. Alcohol is poison for any living cell. Burning up quickly, it takes away oxygen and water from tissues and organs. Under the influence of alcohol, almost all physiological processes in the body are disrupted, and this can lead to serious illnesses. The fastest and most destructive of all alcohol affects the cells of the brain, the tissue of the kidneys, heart, blood vessels, and liver is reborn.

2 student: The blood vessels under the influence of alcohol first expand, and the blood saturated with alcohol rushes violently to the brain, causing a sharp excitement of the nerve centers - this is where the excessively cheerful mood and swagger of a drunk person comes from.

3 student: The famous Russian psychiatrist S.S. Korsanov described this state as follows: “The drunk does not think about the consequences of his words and actions and treats them extremely frivolously ... Passions and bad motives appear without any cover and induce more or less wild actions. But in a normal state, the same person can be well-mannered, and modest, even shy. Everything in his personality that is restrained by upbringing, by the skills of decency, seems to creep out. In a state of intoxication, a person can tell any secret, loses vigilance, ceases to be careful. It is not without reason that it is said: "What is on the mind of a sober person is on the tongue of a drunkard."

4 student: Advertising of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes is prohibited on the TV screen, but beer advertising is still present. Beer is an absolutely affordable drink for young people. So it is harmless? Beer is not at all as harmless as it sometimes seems. It is made from useful product - barley. This drink contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats and even vitamins. But in the process of making beer, fermentation microbes destroy all useful components, so there is no benefit from it, to put it mildly. In addition, 0.5 liters of beer corresponds to 60-80 g of vodka. According to the observations of the German psychotherapist E. Kraepelin, 45% of his patients became alcoholics as a result of drinking a lot of beer on a regular basis. Also, don't forget that this is a very high-calorie drink. Regular beer consumers get fat quickly.

The leader reads out the results of the questionnaire among 7-8 grades on the topic

"Healthy lifestyle". A total of 75 students participated. The study revealed the following.

To the question: "Where do you meet your friends most often?"

At home - 19% of students answered; friends - 11%; at an apartment with friends-

3%; at the disco - 19%; at school - 16%; on the street - 32%.

What do you usually do after school?

Drinking wine

You are at the old train station

You've been waiting for her for a long time.

But imagining

That the owner of everything

You live without getting up

But losing everything!

You live without getting up

But losing everything!

And there are already hundreds of them!

Hundreds of thousands of them!

Ruining your lives

Ruining the lives of the young ...

Hundreds of dope clubs!

With a dark flag in hand!

Under the hypnosis of deception -

Death in front of everyone!

The swamp drowns softly ...

Hang on to the reeds!

Fight back! To someone

I could have helped and got in!

Believe it! Pray! Do not give up!

Don't go that path!

Once you fell, get up

Come home.

The problem of alcohol consumption is very relevant these days. Today, the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the world is characterized by huge numbers. The whole society suffers from this, but first of all, the younger generation is threatened: children, adolescents, youth, as well as the health of expectant mothers. Alcohol especially actively affects the unformed organism, gradually destroying it.

c) Addiction.

Student speech: Often, the first step to drugs is taken out of curiosity. Up to 60% of drug addicts “tried” drugs in this way. Drug addiction develops very quickly, its process is so rapid that at the age of 30-40 a drug addict is already a very old man. It takes only 2-3 months from psychological addiction to physical dependence. Narcotic substances have an extremely pronounced effect on the human body. Nerve cells seem to burn out, the protective functions of the body are sharply reduced. A defenseless organism is attacked by many diseases. All organs and systems of the body are affected: the heart muscle is affected, gastritis, peptic ulcer, pancreatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, gallstone and kidney stone disease, pneumonia, pleurisy, hepatitis, AIDS occur. All types of metabolism are violated: protein, carbohydrate, fat. Personality changes are expressed in progressive degradation, often turning into dementia.

One team shows a pantomime, others figure out what kind of sport was shown.

The team gets 1-3 points for pantomime. The team that is the first to guess the sport gets 1 point.

Erudite competition (The correct answer is 1 point to the team).

"The most compelling argument"

The team captains need to make the most convincing argument for a healthy lifestyle within a minute.

Dear Guys! I hope that our hour of communication was not in vain for you: this hour was for you, albeit a small one, but a victory on the way to health! Let every hour, every day only increase your health!

The facilitator thanks all the speakers and summarizes the above:

- The concept of "healthy lifestyle" includes the following components:

  • rejection of bad habits;

  • optimal motor regime;

  • balanced diet;

  • hardening;

  • personal hygiene;

  • positive emotions;

  • high moral attitude towards people around, society, nature.

- Guys, let's try our ideas about happy full life express as a tree of life. The leaves of this tree are the days of a person's life. Each leaf will be fresh and green if there are equivalent branches to support the crown: "I can," "I want," "I must." It is wonderful that a person does in life what he can, and this does not contradict what he should, does not contradict the interests of other people; when what a person should do, he can and wants. These branches support the "healthy lifestyle" trunk, nourished by the roots - "the components of a healthy lifestyle."

The lesson ends with the study of public opinion: everyone is handed out blanks (made outlines of the face, on which only eyes are drawn.

Depending on the attitude to the problem of a healthy lifestyle, belief in personal opportunities to make their life happy, optimism, children draw different facial expressions - the wider the smile, the more confidence in the future and in their strengths. The drawings are then posted on the board.

I wish you good health! Goodbye!

Conclusion.

Smoking, alcoholism, and, moreover, drug addiction more and more make teenagers think about their future. After all, all these habits affect the social, economic, psychological and cultural life of society.

Now, at the turn of the millennium, they often talk about the approaching end of the world. But if humanity does not stop, does not begin to think about itself, about its future, it will doom itself to complete extinction. If measures are not taken to prevent the spread of alcohol and tobacco products, drugs among young people, if a healthy lifestyle is not promoted, humanity will be left without a future, and, perhaps, in a few decades they will say about our time “they could not stop in time "...

The problem of "bad habits" is the most urgent in our time, and the fight against them is a task not only for the state as a whole, but also for each individual citizen. Methodical development is aimed, first of all, to inform adolescents about the harmful effects on human body, especially on the body of a growing person.

Miraculous touch: massage of "points of influence"

Massage helps to restore strength, gives vigor and good health. astro people.

Let's give an example acupressure in order to prevent acute respiratory disease (ARI).

There are many invisible bacteria and viruses, and among them those that cause cough, runny nose, sore throat, ears, that is, acute respiratory infections. ARD - insidious and dangerous diseases... Sometimes even a mild course of the disease can lead to severe complications. There's a lot different ways prevention and treatment of acute respiratory infections, but one of the simplest, effective and harmless is the massage of special areas on the skin, which are associated with important regulators of activity internal organs... The acupressure techniques are very easy to learn. Let's learn!

POINT 1 is associated with the mucous membrane of the trachea, bronchi, and also the bone marrow. When this zone is massaged, coughing decreases, blood formation improves.

POINT 2 regulates the immune functions of the body. Resistance to infectious diseases increases.

POINT 3 controls the chemical composition of the blood and at the same time the lining of the larynx.

POINT 4 the back of the neck must be massaged from top to bottom. The neck zones are associated with the regulator of the activity of the vessels of the head, neck and trunk. The work of the vestibular apparatus is normalized.

POINT 5 is located in the region of the seventh cervical and first thoracic vertebra.

POINT 6 improves blood supply to the mucous membranes of the nose and maxillary cavity. Breathing through the nose becomes free, the runny nose goes away.

POINT 7 improves blood circulation in the eyeball and frontal regions of the brain.

POINT 8 massage of this area affects the hearing organs and the vestibular apparatus.

POINT 9 human hands are connected with all organs. When these points are massaged, many body functions are normalized.

Massage should be done daily 3 times a day for 3 seconds (nine times in one direction, nine in the opposite).

Valeology is the science of shaping, maintaining and strengthening health. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not just the absence of disease.

  • from the presence of good habits (hygiene, hardening);

  • from the absence of bad habits (smoking, drunkenness, drug addiction, sedentary lifestyle, etc.).

I think that many will agree with me that with age, the state of the body begins to be very disturbing, it forces you to think about the time to make changes in your life. Years go by, but I am not getting younger, and therefore I consciously choose a healthy lifestyle.

For the past two years, I have done exercises every morning, consisting of the same exercises, to be honest, I am rather tired of it, because my exercise has turned into a mechanical action that does not bring pleasure. My acquaintance with Natalya changed the idea of \u200b\u200bthe very concept of a "healthy lifestyle".

I choose a healthy lifestyle

I knew before that this and proper nutrition, and the correct drinking of water, and, it seems, you need to go in for sports. But it has developed into a general picture only now, it turns out that all this can be combined with ease.

Natalia invited me to participate in the test group, which seemed to me fascinating.

The offer to try simple gymnastics won over me with its simplicity and the fact that the complex is based on the author's 20-year practice in working with groups. Most of all, I liked that the lesson was recorded in the form of a video and you can do it at home, at any time.

Healthy lifestyle - my feelings

The first day was especially difficult: the unusual intensity, the desire to keep up with the coach, as well as the wrongly chosen clothes for classes created severe discomfort... The joints of the legs started to hurt, the muscles of the arms ached, and my head was slightly dizzy.
As a beginner, I received additional attention from the coach: in the early days, she was interested in her well-being every day and carefully analyzed what and how I did, where I made mistakes in Accent gymnastics.

My mistakes were funny: at first I didn’t even notice that the coach on the screen was doing barefoot, and I was in slippers, and even with socks - all this slipped and caused unnecessary stress. The next day I was already doing barefoot, and the feeling of discomfort disappeared.

With regard to arm muscle fatigue - it was just a natural return of the necessary load, on the 3rd day everything returned to normal. Moreover, I soon began to do the exercises quite easily, and the complex began to remind me of a pleasant dance therapy.

The benefits of a healthy lifestyle are obvious to me

After a month of daily exercise, I noticed the following changes in my body:

  • cervical spine: crunching decreased and pleasant mobility appeared
  • shoulder girdle and arms: decreased shoulder pain from strenuous seated work
  • stomach area: it is not clear how it works, but the mobility in the waist area makes me happy
  • hip: movements resemble belly dance and my waist has decreased by 2 cm (my most pleasant result)

What I liked about gymnastics Accent

The alternation of exercises echoed in my soul and in my body: they are constructed as if water flows from top to bottom. I liked that the classes were not accompanied by a voice - personally, it was always distracting for me.

It aroused sympathy that the coach did not wear a super-suit that would be too tight for her figure, and against this background I would worry about my figure, which is far from perfect.
It has the advantage that the trainer's clothes are neutral black. I also liked the selection of music, and the last melody sounds in my head almost until the evening, reminding me of a pleasant morning exercise.

Today, I already lack leg exercises, breathing exercises. This is just the first set of simple health-improving gymnastics, so I look forward to continuing.

Time flies by imperceptibly, at the beginning of classes I glanced at the clock, when will it end, now I am surprised - maybe I missed something, why so quickly? The classes became so natural for me that I started doing them with an open window (remember: it is winter now, and I do not belong to the category of "walruses").
